Sorry Mama
This material book gives an insight into the unsaid.
My mum bought me these shoes when I was around sixteen years old which slowly became, how I used to call them, my “party shoes” as they were falling apart.
They are a representation of all these countless adventures I went on in these shoes as they carried me on my way to adulthood. They have become stories, memories, me.
A reflection on how we form relationships with objects;
an exchange of identities.
